Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Floral Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and plants, along with exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the floral department
- Create visually appealing floral arrangements and displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their floral needs
- Manage inventory, order flowers, and maintain product freshness
- Train and supervise floral department staff
- Ensure proper care and handling of all floral products
- Merchandise and price products in accordance with company guidelines

Requirements:

- Previous experience in floral design and management preferred
- Knowledge of retail sales, cash handling, and operating a cash register
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of garden care, landscape maintenance, and retail math
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and department operations efficiently

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
